Roadside shop advertisement not selling

I'm having some problems with my roadside shop not selling after I have advertised items. I am selling 10 wheat at 1 coin and nothing is selling. They usually sell really quick and I would have to restock again.

I tested to see if my advertisement is getting on newspaper by advertising 10 land deeds at full price, usually this item gets sold quickly but it's been over an hour now and it's not even selling.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Something fishy this morning. I'm advertising coffee beans. There are 100 of them in my shop. Third ad placed now and still no one has come by to pick them up.
Coffee beans!
Usually any advertised bush or tree item is gone in seconds.
Amidst all the crazy wheat ads I can't believe for a second that no one has noticed my ads for coffee beans.

Anyone else having this issue?

dear supercell kindly fix the issue about the roadside shop..i have items there but its been hours and no one has bought it..usually it only takes 3min before i can put in new items..whats happening?

Same problem. its highly annoying. Why on earth a deed wouldn't sell for about 20 mins when being advertised I have no idea.

Every item is advertised and nothing is selling. Can't play like this.

Same issue here, this is breaking the game and I am not able to continue play. my barn and silo storage are full. Hope Supercell is working on this issue and resolve it soon.

I am trying to sell corn for like 3 hours but nobody is buying anything.All of my slots are advertised.

3 hours is quite a long time, but I have found Corn at max is one of the hardest products to sell. I find Wheat sells faster at max than Corn.

If you can free up a slot try sell something else to test the waters.

none of my items are selling either. Doesn't matter how rare the item, or how low the price....nothing is changing. Others with the same problem too

Hmm, I am able to sell - but this may explain why buying is almost impossible at the moment with fewer products going on sale.

Sadly same issue is affecting both of my farms. Nothing that is advertised is selling be it wheat for 1 coin or premium expansion items. Please fix as soon as possible as it is somewhat frustrating.

I just joined this community to express that I'm having the exact same issue. I'm new to the game and also an android user. I woke up to the issue and haven't been able to sell a single thing all morning. My items are just sitting in the stand, even highly coveted items that sell in seconds. So much time has passed that I even have all my stand items advertised and nothing is selling.

Same problem here... Whatevr i post nothing is selling.... Cant play game... Pls rectify this issue as soon as possible...

On the bright side I'm not seeing any of the bot farms in the paper this morning. I haven't checked too many issues. Also noticing that there seems to be a lot more variety posted.

None problems selling or buying. Maybe problem is one server? Using vpn/proxy to force game use different server would show if this the problem.

Same problem on date 20/04/17 .. i use iOS I make woodpanel for base price 75 rs with ad .. but taking a decade to get sold .. plz fix this issue asap for iOS 😒

I would have tried to take advantage of this by scouting around and picking up stuff from other shops but both my barn and silo are already full so no joy there.

Mine worked up until like 20mins ago. Now nothing's selling. There goes my derby task I guess...

Yeah, this is now happening on my form too. Totally filled barn, silo, machines, boat and if this isn't fixed or at least acknowledged soon, probably make me throw a hissy fit. Or something. Preferably more manly, like.

It is also happening to me. My trading through the RSS has been frozen since hours. It seems like it doesn't show up in the newspaper even though i tried selling some rare stuffs

is there any supercell stuff who can discribe the problem and at least tell us is it being fixed....getting annoyed 😡

Some hint that they're looking into things would be nice.

I've had a response from help and support acknowledging the bug and was also informed it would be fixed in the next maintenance, which only leaves me wondering when said maintenance will be. I'm hoping sooner rather than later ...very frustrated farmer here

If so they're probably still working on the fix....making sure its right and doesn't cause even more problems.

This is very strange - please contact in-game support through the sprocket on the upper left corner. They can look at your game and see what is going on. Good luck :)

Yes, this started suddenly this morning. I was doing Wheat challenge, and wheat was flying at 10 for 10. Then it stopped. At 10 for 1, with 10 boxes advertised, nothing selling. I put a 1 coin cheesecake in as a test item.....sat for 30 minutes. :(

I'm not seeing any bots either - and not so much wheat either :) I have been able to shop AND sell, so this may be an intermittent issue.

Same problem here. One of my account is not able to sell anything even at 1 coin For 5 hours. Because of this Boat is not getting help from global players :mad:. Only friends and followers can see my help.
Other account is working just fine. Maybe this problem is related to a specific server.

I had this same problem back in 2014 and if I recall correctly it was fixed in less than a day. So hopefully we won't have to wait too long.

Same problem here, selling nothing, think the advertise is not coming in the paper, because friends can buy things.
This issue was starting couple hours ago, before that, it work normaly

Less than a day, and my wife's grow wheat Derby task will be expired.

Same here...I have a wheat task for Derby, have about 3 hours left to finish. Selling my wheat for 1 dollar...normally goes quickly. Now nothing is selling. By store is full, by fields are full, and I can't gather any more. Needless to say, I'm not going to get this task done :-(

Those who are doing wheat or similar task, ask your fellow hood members (who doesn't have the same problem) to buy from your shop and sell in their shops. You can sell some to visitors also. If you willing to share your tag, may be I'll buy some. Temporary workaround till the maintenance comes.

Of the people in this thread having this issue, how many were selling cheap wheat right before it started??

My theory is that this has to do with crackdown on the bot farms. I think something went astray in trying to catch bot farms (which sell cheap wheat) and they are casting the net too wide.......affecting all who try to sell wheat. It started for me this morning when I was doing a wheat challenge. Before that, my shop was fine. :(

Now I am doing boats, and my help requests aren't seen by GenPop. :(

I thought I was the only unlucky one. I got 10 pencils on my RSS, and usually someone will buy them just IMMEDIATELY however high the price is. But it's been more than 1 hour now and nothing has happened to the pencils, as well as my corn (20€/10 corns) :( now I cannot do anything with all of the stuffs in my game because I'm full of everything. And if Hay Day wanted me to use diamonds to open more slots on my RSS then no because I literally have none.

LOL...normally, I always sell cheap wheat. But just got to level 50, last night started selling everything to get ducks started. My store this morning had no wheat. Jams, cakes, pies, bolts, nails, etc. And nothing would sell.

Have good friends who have been buying a bunch. But nothing I advertise sells

I too was selling wheat cheap before this happened. A neighbour says they don't have this issue so perhaps you are onto something here

Am again .. I found that after advt it not getting sold to unknown .. it's one of a person who is in our friends list taking that randomly ..plz fix this RSS issue for IOS 😓

I don't ever sell wheat and every item in my shop has been advertised and still doesn't sell. Very frustrating!!!

Im on android and have about 7 ads posted. I sell corn 10 for 20 and usually it's going before I get to end of my shop. Hope they get this fixed soon.

Its killing me that I'm missing out on this!
The ONLY time I sell wheat at all is during such wheat shortages and I sell for max price.
So no, I was not selling cheap wheat just before.

I think that this not being able to sell through ads and the sudden disappearance of bots are related.
I just wouldn't assume that all of those who cannot sell are somehow suspected of being bots.

I have been trying to sell items in my store using the advert but nothing gets sold, i even put a pie for sale at 1 coin and no one has bought it at all. This has been happening for 7 hours now...very annoying i hope supercell is working on this issue.

Same for me. A hoodie reported the same problem a few hrs ago and mine just started 30 minutes ago. Shop full, nothing selling. Multiple adverts up. On IOS. Please fix! Looks like I won't be playing HD tonight then!

I'm on iPad. NH can see items in my shop but when I flag anything for sale via the DD nothing is selling.

I posted a ticket some hours ago, but nobody cares - supercell support became same greedy as their developers - everything for diamonds :-(
May be they should introduce support for diamonds too??? They should have a countless pile of money on their desk - whenever I see the personal results for "events" my eyes find thousands of diamonds spent on event tasks... And those diamonds can be easily expressed in supercell income :-( So why Hay Day seems to be less and less playable with each so called "update"?

1. My advertisements in my shop has all been advertised all day and no one has bought a thing except from my neighbourhood friends.

Therefore no one could see it need help in Derby tasks such as boat boxes that needs filling.

2. Why is it that I only get 3 vouchers instead of five for helping loads of people every day?

I bloody frustrated because I have sent numerous emails and msges and had no answers.

Its been 12 hours since this problem started... It should have been soughted out by now. Cant play game barn full silo full. With evry update there are lodz of sorry messages from hayday. Feature added just to make players use diamonds. Game full of bugs. If u r not sure about update why so much rush? Earlier maintainence was just one or two weeks matter and now its part of evryday gaming... Its dissapointing to see after building interest in game. Supercell now just playing with it. I have spent money on this game. I deserve to play this game without any daily maintainence or bugs problem...

My kids have not sold cheap wheat, and are not having issues.

Now I'm trying to do a boat challenge, and the Helps aren't advertised. Really screwing up the Derby. :(

If it's any help to supercell, I had an ad that had expired last night..seemed to be after that I noticed the problem...

I am having the same problem.... Have like ads on everything already but still no sales... I tried to test it by selling 10 rare items and it was just sitting there.. cant play anymore. everything is full. What are we supposed to do?? I cant sell anything. I had to go on a friends hay day account to buy my items and try to resell it in his shop, and whalla, not seconds later everything was sold in his shop but on mine its like no one even knows im selling. Im new to the forums, how will we get an answer on this? will they actually fix this or should we give up one the game? I am not able to do anything anymore now? Do they even read here as I don't see any replies?

Also: something is wrong with the newspaper as the very second the new newspaper comes out, everything is sold. I tested this also and its impossible that ALL items are sold no matter how fast i click and go through. its like the stuff was sold before the newspaper even came out. like I'm getting an old one?

I don't know the details of this bug aside from what has been said in this thread and what a few forumers have mentioned from Support. I have asked for info about the bug and for a possible maintenance time.

It occurred to me that maybe SC decided we were all bot farms and turned off our ability to place ads, etc.

So I checked, I'm still getting drops from both harvesting crops and from waking up my pets....

Agreed....yes, this is by far worst bug I have seen...crappy Derby tasks ♥♥♥♥ me off LOL but at least can play. Right now there is nothing I can do.

So at least seeing SuperCell continueing to respond, even with no information about a fix is really important to me.

Same problem here too. Ads on everything in shop. Yes, I have sold cheap wheat. Hard not to if you pick it during derby at 900 some wheat and competing with bots its hard to clean out massive amounts at anything higher than 1 coin.

A stranger just bought from my shop, and another filled a boat crate. Yay!!!! It seems to be fixed!

Usually, there is no update after a maintenance break. It just means the game goes offline for a bit, stuff is fixed on the server, and the game comes back online with the issues being fixed (if all goes well :P)

I don't know if im talking too quickly but all my items just got sold.... YAY!!! Seems to be fixed! But strangely I wasn't asked to do an update.

And basically it seems that the only thing they do is to reset the server :-( (I had a message on HD about "resetting in 5 minutes") I just wonder if they have ANYBODY at least a bit familiar with that game to run support... Resetting a server is a monkey work ;-)
