Clan hopper resolution?

I've tried to think of a way to help the community against clan hoppers and I feel like I finally came to a decent resolution. How about in a players profile, where you see all of their troop and spell levels, there is another button/tab added. It can be like "Player Clans" where it keeps track of the past 10 or so clans a player has joined. In the tab, it'll show the clan name, the date joined, and the date left of the past XX amount of clans. This way, people can see if someone has joined 10 clans in a day or if they were in a clan for months and recently just left. I get the feeling that SuperCell won't really do anything drastic to "combat clan hoppers" but I feel like this isn't such a big change that it would be something they're against. But it would be a great option to have for 99% of the clans out there.

So much programming and stuff filled in the playerprofile. Do you think that is a good idea? Where would you have all that information so it won't clutter the profile.

If you remove the "drastic" from that sentence then I think you are spot on. It is a question about being good at reading who is a hopper and who ain't.

Ok here's the thing, not much you can do about this because a hoppers going to do what he does best! Be careful on who you recruit!

Yes, you can go to the stats site to see their stats, but that seems like a lot of work which can be put into the game itself. I understand the whole programming aspect, but it's literally a separate tab in the player profile which only gives a small amount of clans in the list. The information is already there on the stats website as you say, so why can't that information be updated and put into the game?

I agree there needs to be a way to hold players accountable for their actions. Recruiting is difficult as is. I wish SC would do something to help the recruiting process.

The best strategy for dealing with hoppers is to just not care. The heck with them.
