Two troop ideas
First idea: Assassin
100 DE (level 1)
5 minute training time
3 unit housing space
150 damage on first attack, 30dps thereafter (x2 against troops)
35 HP
32 movement speed
Description: A new stealth unit with the favorite target of (ground) clan castle troops, Barb King, Archer Queen. This unit is invisible to defenses and enemy troops until engaged, at which point it becomes a glass cannon (high attack, low defense). A desirable unit to have in low quantities to take out roaming heroes or poorly placed clan castles troops relatively easily. Also great on defense in clan castles. This is really an anti-personnel troop (hence its double bonus against troops), though, and relatively useless against buildings/storages/defenses/walls.

Second idea: Trebuchets (a fancy name for catapults, which is something I've suggested before)
20,000 Elixir (level 1)
15 minute training time
16 unit housing space
20 dps (super slow attacks, though, so high damage per attack and perhaps X2 dmg against buildings)
250 HP
4 movement speed (is something this slow even in game? i'm thinking SUPER slow)
Description: a building destroying unit. something with like a 2-5 tile range that must be used strategically (i.e., used with giants to absorb attacks so that it can launch attacks). With a 5 tile range, however, it will still be susceptible to longer range attacks by defenses -- particularly single target defenses. Moreover, with a minimum range of 2 tiles, it will be super vulnerable to clan castle troops or poor placement.
