Heros on sleep or guard?

What do you prefer to have your hero's set too sleep or guard.

Guard, there's nothing to loose, just 1 hour...

after guard for me

My BK and AQ are sleeping all the time.

When I sleep, he is awake.

When I'm awake, he is asleep.

Nothing more annoying then wanting to raid and he decides he wants to nap for 1 1/2 hrs.

Forever sleeping.

Always guarding....my townhall usually gets sniped anyways :p

But what's the point of having them sleeping except when they are recovering??? One should always use them both attacking and defending. Once they have reached level 10 and more they start to make a real advantage in both situations.

Defending stands for 10% of your trophy income. In attacks they make a MUCH bigger difference than in defense. The only time to have heroes not to sleep is when ur playing and/or have them centralised. Otherwise I can just pick it off with 15 barbarians and screw your hero.
