I bet you know all about your farming range :) lvl 67 and just turned th8 as i can see. It feels a bit uncomfortable in the beggining with lvl4 troops and 580g per search, but in 2 weeks you'll get used to it.
P.S. AS a TH8 I circle around 1300, 100 cups up and down with BAG and BAM
Ya the 580 is kinda annoying, i keep clicking next and me second i look at my gold, and im down 20k....
