if u fresh th 9 u probably matched with max th 8 or fresh th 9 unless u build x-bow/bomb tower.if u matched with new th 9,u can use gowavi(less compartment),goho/govaho(many/less compartment),gowipe(less compartment),dragloon(AD low level and accessible).if u matched/dip th 8,just use dragloon lightquadquake.after u goho/laloon army fully upgraded.u hve high chance 3* new/mid/max th 9

No, most fresh TH9s should upgrade their CC asap (to be able to receive a golem), then upgrade hogs to L5.
With the additional spell, you should be able to GoHo most early TH9 war bases with ease
I recommend our new TH9s focus on queen pop. It just requires CC upgrade, dark barracks upgrade(x2), and loon research in lab. It probably takes a little longer to unlock than GoHo, but I think it's a stronger attack and sets you up for a wider range of bases. You eventually want to upgrade hounds and lightning as well, but lvl 1 hounds and lvl 5 lightning are good for low TH9 queen pops.
I think that GOWIPE is the easiest for a new th9, but it's usually only a 2*. Too expensive for farming though. I have good luck with Valks, but once you get them to lvl4.
