If they got it, why can't we?

NOTE:This thread is not intended to be a Clash of Clans flame-thread, or a Clash Royale Flame-thread.

We all know and love these two Clash games in the Clash universe and are often compared.
Everybody who plays one or both of those games, wants the game to improve for the better.
However, because of these imminent comparisons, players can get kinda 'jealous' of the features of another game.

'Why not implement feature X in game Y aswell?'

I'd like to see a version of Radio Royale coming to Clash of Clans. This gives us insight in the future of the game, and things people are working on. Sure, we got announcements, but that does not 'feel' as interactive with the players and the developers as Radio Royale does.

What game-features would you like to see in the Clash-counterpart game? This goes both ways.

*please explain why you'd like the feature, and what improvements this would create for Clash of Clans as a game, or the Clash of Clans community*

Radio Royale is a great thing that clash needs more than royale! I would like to see some sort of clan battle like 2Vs2 in some format. Something like clan chest would be great as well. With same concept as in collecting stars to get say 1 million of each + 20k of DE weekly or every other week

I personally would like to see coc have a feature that's more team oriented other than clan wars. In royale, u have clan battles that have been implemented recently. Which is pretty cool. I'd like to see something similar in coc

It happened with another member just few hours ago in CR subforum

2v2 game mode for sure :p

it's like mini wars

2 clan mates make 1 BIG base with both of there base structures
then 2 clan mate matches with 2 members of other clan

prep tym 20 min , attacks tym 45 min (it upto supercell i chose 45 cuz most armies are ready in 45min )

both side will get just 1 attacks , use discourt server or whatsapp or any other communicating app

both player will make there own armies but both will start attack at the same tym like whats happens in 2v2 in CR

at the end team with most stars or highest % attack will win !


i guess i am asking too much :p
but if this is implemented it will be hell of a fun !

The best thing Clash of clans devs do is be quiet.
However and how much we write here... daily speculations threads...all knowing that no one knows exactly about what's coming... but still coc devs feel it's better to adopt silence than speak a few words to the community.

Silence is the best answer surely... but not always.
Coc devs...give a few mins to the community please.

Well there is a phrase which says, "most spectacular works are done by silent people"
Hope SC dev's don't make that saying false in the update .
I need no bugs in it as they surely are taking time as per their requirement

you not just have 480 housing space 26 spells , 6 heroes and 2 CC's

but you opponent also have 2 eagle 4 max infernoes and other def and other buildings too :p

i am not recommending to just doubling the offence but also defense , now how's the idea ?

he is not asking to release update early

he is asking few words on update , upcoming ideas and there plans in 2017 ! and these things have NO RELATION TO BUGS

So you attack a mega base style?

If yes I'm all for it!

I'm not sure how one would coordinate the placements though, would be interesting, each player getting their own chance at attacking the base?

if you played Cr then it's how they attacks in Cr

if not then , they both will train there own troops spells cc and etc but attacks at the same tym , like for eg me and you joining together then like you make a HUGE FUNNEL and back end troops for % points i'll take care of both THs , each team will get just 1 attack (merged attacks of both players)

and for coordination like almost all clans have whatsapp group (so have each other phone number too , so they can voice call , and if you are wondering voice and coc at the same tym so yess you can do that it won't effect the game )

I have just had a horrible thought, if the ship links me to a clash royale version of my clash of clans villages, it will be the end for me. I don't think I could take the humiliation.

when it come to copying ideas it's all about balancing , CR have guess each and every coc troops and few spells , coc have BABY DRAGON ( THE BEST troops in coc ) which was an cr card .. so if it's balance , works for the game and as great as baby dragon i don't mind if they copy few more cards from CR into coc

I hate everything CR. Just seeing it mentioned on this side of the forums is almost a trigger event.

The clan chests would be an awesome addition to clash, so would radio royale and the news royale (or whatever its called). Some variant of the 2v2 game mode woukd be pretty awesome as well.

The devs of each team take inspiration and port over ideas from other SC games all the time. An example of this is the FC. I think it was originally in boom, then CR implemented it (or maybe it was the other way around) before finally clash implemented it.

Still, they are not the same. Each devs team have their own style, creativity, and in the end, their own communication style. We just have to be satisfied with CoC's communication skill that's all :D

Yeah Royale is a 9 out of 10, and coc is a 2 out of 10. While at this point, there's nothing we can do, we don't have to be satisfied with the complete failure of the dev- community communication system that coc has.

I can understand that some players don't want anything to do with the "competing" game because of their reasons. But some of the ideas in CR would actually improve CoC, like Clash Radio or Clash of Clans TV, what's wrong with having that? It gives the lower a taste of what the higher looks like and allows for everyone to get a thought process and voice from the makers themselves.

Some would not want anything from CR even if it's a bigger improvement to CoC than it is to CR, jumping on a judge train without comparing the pros to cons. Only reason I can think of is attempting to keep the distinction between the 2 games apart and not blur them, but a few of quality of life changes or improvements is far too small to even blur the lines, as Clash Royale is a significantly live action 1v1 format compared to Clash of Clans current 0.5v0.5 (best way I can put it) and the ways and game modes coc offers is way different than CR's, with the farming, warring, pushing, Royals technically only has 1 of those being pushing with no dropping. Clash isn't going to die over simple and small additions, it's going to die to other factors such as age, Dev's, or whatever other reason.

Something I'd like to see is the way they state how they balanced whatever troop, such as "+[insert number here]% to Golems levels X-Y" we can get a clear indication.

Something else that Clash Royals has that clash does not have for some unknown reason is a clan chest kind of thing.

I sure would not like to see new troops from royale coming to clash of clans. Its a different game, balancing is a big issue.
However those tournaments / events we have now is pretty cool. I hope they add a event in which you have to work together with another player to complete.

I don't know how, or what, but teamwork being promoted is always a good thing!

I want to have world of war clans. Give 10,000 clans access the the entire world and have them battle for territory. Give gems or some kind of reward for owned land. I want to take over the world please Supercell allow me to do so!

I want a pony.
