Hi. I'm currently in Titan 2 and I want to push to Legend. Problem is I find low cup offers and maxed out TH11s after searching for a while for every base... And I haven't maxed out all of my troops and spells yet. Please take a look at my troops/spells levels from the screenshot below.
In this situation, please suggest me good army combo + strategies/tips, how should I do it?
Also I want to know if changing language from settings has any effect on finding bases?

Raid morning cause you will get asian chiense op bases at night
Use troops to take out freebie buildings

In response to OP, even as a TH11 when you get that high you will find that your offers become very low and it becomes reliant on time spent more than strategy. I made my way to Legends off a long series of 5-7 cup 2/3 stars with the rare 31 cup 2/3star for good measure, but that was very rare indeed. I had to boost to get to the 5300 range, and even then I went sideways with how low the gains were.
A very good strategy that I found helped was to use the 10 gem two hour guard to extend my personal break timer from 4 to 6 hours.
No matter how you look it at, it will be exceedingly difficult without gems especially as a TH10. Best of luck to you.
