This keeps on happening every second day, when i request for troops in my clan and then when someone donates me still my cc shiws the timer running for next request and when i check my cc its still empty and the request (though completely filled) still shows in the chat box.
Plzz get rid of it, it has consumed a lot of gems of mine. I am being annoyed by it.
Well , u can try clearing your coc app cache !....
This should work !...
But if it doesn't , then take a backup of ur coc app and then reinstall it !....

But make sure too save ur village progress , by connecting ur village to ur mail id or u might even loose ur village.....
This is probably a sync issue and fairly common. Sometimes just restarting the app will resolve it. If several clanmates are donating, you are probably ignoring the poor signal icon.
Reinstalling the app will not give a long term remedy and I wouldn't recommend this.
This is a common problem, but has nothing to do with the client side. I know this because it happens on all of my accounts at the same time.
Also note that lost troops will appear after up to about 30 minutes in your cc (I guess SC is running a script every half an hour pushing lost troops again. If your cc is full troops will arrive as soon as you get enough space.
There is also an easy way to notice lost troops because the request says 25/25 troops with 1/1 spells, but does not get removed from the chat.
Then ask your friend whether he donate goooo.. 2 5 ok man volk
Its a common problem when your internet connection is unstable. . Just leave the clan and join again or just request another one. . that should fix it.
