I am getting constantly attacked and when i get attacked i am always attacked by the really strong people and i can never ever keep loot because of constant raiding can anyone help me?

Solution: Build defenses and upgrade them instead of having defenseless base so you can get shields
I usually try to spend the loot. Upgrade as many walls as you can so you slow the buggers down.
Players make the mistake of making a box and putting all their stuff in to protect. That makes it easy for players like me because you need walls to slow my troops down to shoot them. Bases that are wide open let my troops move around and that is the easiest way for me to win.
Players make the mistake of not maxing their archer towers first. Archer towers have a longer range than wizard towers.
Players do not always put their clan castle inside of their walls and they leave their walls open.
Another problem is that users try to protect everything. It is okay to leave an army camp outside of your walls. It is okay to leave a builder hut outside of your walls.
If you spend the loot on little things like walls and upgrades, you are less appealing to attack because you won't then have the funds for me to fund my base.
Here is the deal. My army costs 240,000 in elixer lets say. In order to upgrade myself, I need to make a profit. People like you have loot because you aren't spending it so you are a prime candidate to fund my army. I need gold to upgrade my walls and fund things so I'm looking for someone with gold to upgrade my walls.
If you max your base and if you drop down to a lower level you can also avoid attack because I was a maxed town hall 8 and I dropped down to silver. No one attacked me much in silver although there are some rushed players in silver. I decided it wasn't worth it so I am in Master's 1 and I hope to be able to battle my way to Champions in a day or two.
Show us your village so that we do not have to rely on assumptions ;-)

Try up-ing your defences. And Change you base with the help of the interweb
