You are going to struggle to get 3 on all but the most rushed 10s or poor layouts.

I would suggest upgrading your Loons to 6 ASAP as LaLoon/GoLaLoon variants will give you the best chance to 3 star other 10s at the moment with your baby heroes. But note LaLoon can be a high risk 1/3 strategy sometimes. But if you are going for 3 that's probably going to be your best bet.

my loons are lvl 6 already.....acc to u i should do laloon after my royals r lvl 20 or up?

Are you attacking Th9s or Th10s. Are you farming or warring?

LaLoon is a great attack for farming or war and doesn't generally require high level heroes. You can 3 star most Th9s with Queen-Pop LaLoon and heroes are sometimes an after thought (though the AQ is usually used to kill enemy CC)

Cast n' Blast has a great thread here on Queen Pop and he also has youtube channel with examples.

But taking on infernos is a whole new animal and requires quite a bit of practice getting good at it.

definately attacking maxed th 9....struggling with govaho in wars....not experienced with lavaloon
