Freeze time was extended and an old max one is now just under a lv 1... FYI.

I would agree. A lvl 1 Freeze is essentially a waste of 2 spell slots compared to another Heal or Rage imo.

Max freeze used to be 5 seconds, look at lv 1 freeze time now

I don't recall max freeze to be only 5 seconds, how long ago was it changed?

Within the last year and a half. Bringing my second account up I noticed the steep change from when I did my main account and was surprised by how long the first level freeze lasted. I'm 99% certain I'm not crazy and that it used to be 5 secs.

But I do admit after 4 years I could be wonky. ^_^;;


Edit:

The 10 December 2015 update gave Town Hall 9 players access to the level 1 Freeze Spell.
The same update increased the duration of the level 1-4 Freeze Spell.



Here we go!! Proof!!!

But I believe max freeze has always been 8 seconds.

Yea that's what I'm thinking too from the articles I'm reading. I can't find a table of old values but I can probably interpret what you said as correct so I am wrong on my original post. :)

Used to be 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 seconds

is now 5.0, 5.75, 6.50, 7.25, 8 seconds

so max freeze is still the same but new L1 not exactly old L5

im a th 9 with valks lvl 4,golem lvl 4,hogs lvl 5,loons lvl 6 and lava hound lvl 2....i've been doing govaho attacks,but not able to 3 star any...im kinda frustated and i definately need a good strategy...can anyone help me? (both my royals are lvl 11)
