The highest level I've seen is the player at the top of the boat leader board. Level 420.
I think the limit is 500 for now.
in the paper? Probably around 150???? I don't really keep track too well.
I think level 500 is indeed the current limit, if you go to your Neighborhood and check "required level" the max you can set is level 500. But in the Boat leader-board there is indeed a level 420 but in the paper i have seen level 161.
Just last night in the paper there was an ad I noticed from a farm over level 200. I don't remember exactly but it was somewhere between 250 to 270 I believe.

There are a fair few 400+ farms and lots over 300 - pretty sure once a farm approaches level 500 Supercell will not restrict levelling up beyond that. There is no reason for a limit in this type of game.
The highest on my friends list is 164. I don't really shop much and don't remember if I've seen a higher one through the DD. I have visited the top farms on the boat leader board. I wonder how long it takes to level from 420 to 421? :) Depends how much you play I guess..
I think what's more impressive is farmers with a barn at 10,000. I'm friends with him. Lucky guy!!
