Lvl 9 clan looking for leadership

Covenant (#9Y89GQG9) has been around a couple of years and warred "always" with a decent enough record for a casual war clan. Unfortunately, our clan leader went inactive/lost interest and we floundered, losing stable membership and seeing our war record drop into a horrific losing streak.

We are level 9 (halfway to 10) with about 10 steady members, most of whom are long-time loyal and mature and don't miss wars. Our challenge is that none of us currently have the inclination to actively recruit, build and manage the clan. We are looking for an adult, long term, dedicated co who enjoys the management aspect to fill the vacuum, so to speak.
