Help! We've Fallen and We Can't Get Up.

That's right, Fallen Ancients needs your help!
Fallen Ancients(#8CGCC89R) was established October, 2014 and we are a level 9 clan anticipating hitting level 10 around June 2017. We are active, with a regular war cycle. Clan War search is every Monday and Wednesday with the occasional weekend war when interest is sufficient.
Most of us are adults from the US Midwest. We enjoy sport, fishing, weightlifting, beer, and all other things quintessentially blue collar. We work hard, we play hard.
We are looking to bolster our war roster with a few new recruits who have a high interest in warring regularly and improving their skill at 3 star attacks. We use the Line app to communicate outside of game. It is not required, but encouraged.
Requirements:
We are an international clan with members mostly from North America and Europe. That being said, a reasonable command of the English language will be key to fitting in. We are looking for serious, loyal, and active members. If you plan to just park your account in our clan, please don't apply. We are looking for anyone Townhall 7 and up. Minimum requirements at a given TH level are listed below. Please, no rushed bases.
Townhall 7:
Level 5 Barb King
Level 2 Dragon
Level 4 Balloons
Townhall 8:
Level 10 Barb King
Level 3+ Hogriders. Acquiring level 4 should be a top priority
Level 3 Dragon
Townhall 9:
Level 10/10 Heroes min.
Working on maxing war troops Hogs, valks, golems, loons, and hounds.
Clan Rules:
1) Donate at least one for every two you request.
2) Do not ask for promotions.
3) We try to accommodate all reasonable CC requests, but please understand it may not always be possible to get you what you want when you want it. Don't be annoying about it.
Clan War Rules:
1) Always use both war attacks. Failure to use both will result in exclusion from future wars, demotion, and possible expulsion.
2) Currently, Clan War Leaders will send out a mail with attacking assignments just before or after Battle Day begins. We take into account troop levels and attacking skill of players. Assignments are designed to maximize stars. If it is mathematically probable that we will win, players with remaining attacks will be asked to either practice their war attacks against a suitable opponent or to attack for their War Win Bonus.
3) Do not war without heroes. Do not war without spells (dark too). And do not war without CC troops.
