im "conjecturing" that when they say top / bottom, they mean defense because that is all we are able to see.
anything else is just a guess from us.
what i find funny is if enough folks complain about the defenseless at the bottom of the map, and sc puts them back to an equal weight (no percentage based filter, whatever that happens to be now, based on position), they just make roster engineering with th3's that much more effective.
somehow i think your math has to account for that?
