We're an adult clan, with international membership, so there's nearly always someone on. Our core has been together for over 2 years. We're an easy going bunch that like to joke around, but when it comes to clan wars we're serious about having everyone bring their best. We've got over 320 war wins and adding more every week. Our war schedule is 3 times per week, battle days on Fri/Sat, Sun/Mon, Tues/Wed (depending on where in the world you are naturally). Members that need a break from war or for a critical upgrade (lab/heroes) can let us know by setting their war flag, and we'll remove/add you to the next one.
We have no mandatory trophy pushes or donation minimums (though we do expect an effort to give back, no one likes a mooch). We've got a mix of members from max TH11 to advanced TH8; but most are mid TH9 to TH10.
We are a clan that values maxing our bases and troops, and leveling offense before defense at the start of a new TH level. We're looking for members serious about completing all (or nearly all) tower and troop upgrades before moving up to the the next Town Hall level, and once completing the TH upgrade working on heroes, camps, lab, etc. before adding extra war weight (xbows/infernos/etc). No hard rule how for to carry that, just a general goal; work on being an attack beast first, so you're ready to handle the extra war weight. In our experience, those that don't do these things tend to struggle to attack or defend effectively in clan wars.
At this time, we're most interested in TH9s with 400+ war stars and level 15+ heros, but will make exceptions if you're close. We're rarely interested in TH10/11s, as we find that people changing clans at a high base level tend to be clan hoppers, poor attackers, or will jump ship as soon as we get a hard war match-up. (Yeah, we've been burned several times over, lol.) We like to take in lower TH members, and have them grow with us over time. On rare occasion we will accept TH10/11s if their base, troops, and stats are really exceptional. We promote to Elder over time when we see members donating as much or more than they take, and using both attacks well in clan wars. Ranks mean something in our clan. No 'free CO' here, sorry. Our Elder promo's have typically have been with us 1-2 months, are excellent donaters, and very dependable war attackers, Basically model members, the guys we want all new members to look up to.
We're looking for members planning to stick around and be an active part of our family for the long haul. After each war we remove members not using attacks in wars or with donation ratios that are crazy bad, so we maintain an active and strong clan. While we have no donation minimums, we have culture of high donations.
