Here Booster is showing 1:56:49 remaining and Tom is showing 1:21 min remaining. Both timers should show the same time. Instead booster card is showing 35 minutes extra. Tom's timer is more accurate as noted at the time of activation. No big problem but still something to keep in mind while using tom. It might cause you miss a run.
also, you can only see tom's timer when he is ready for run. No info on Tom's timer when he is asleep. You have to just guess.
The attached image is a screenshot showing about 20 minutes left on the Rose Booster's clock, but (in the background, upper left) Rose can be seen already finished, and back lounging back in her chair with her knitting.

While I declined the discount-rehire offer on her, that would have had around another 58 minutes at the time of the screenshot.
In case it matters, I play my farm exclusively on two iOS devices, one an iPhone7 running 10.2.1 (yes, I need to update that), the other an iPad2 running 9.3.5 (no, it can't update).
I had a problem with the Tom Booster the other day. I didn't get a screen shot though.
I had similar tonight. My booster for free Tom said I had 20 minutes remaining. When Tom popped up from rest, he was unhired so I wasn't able to get my last Tom run :(
I had this issue with Ernest. The booster says I still have a half hour but he quit working.
Today I've been off work, so have been using Tom - I had a booster that gave him free for 13 hours, and another one that reduced his nap time by 40%. That second booster was active for 12 hours, and I paid 2 diamonds so that I could use the boosters together. They were activated within seconds of each other.
It's been a great day - I kept setting a timer so I could send him every 1 hour 11 minutes. Because of the "update glitch" he's been happily bringing 9 of everything I asked for!
The problem arose when I logged back on for his final run. He was already offering 10% off if I rehired him, despite the fact that he had nearly an hour left on the booster. In the screenshot you can see the booster still active, with Tom and his balloon in the background. I can't activate another booster unless I use 2 diamonds, as the slot is still full. (EDIT - I have now trashed the Tom booster with no detrimental effect).

I've contacted Support.
I have the combo going as well, so thank you for the heads up! I think my situation is okay because the shorter naps booster will expire before Tom booster does?

That was the situation I was in. I wonder if the expiration of the shorter naps booster triggered Tom's special offer, even though there should have been one more hour from the "free Tom" booster.Quote:
