OP, the problem is your sales pitch. You need to let people know exactly what kind of clan you are and what you aim to do. Let people know your rules and regulations. This forum is a far cry from global, most of the people here will not join a clan that's advertised like you are advertising yours. People around here like structure and rules, at least for the most part.
If I were looking for a clan, I would want to know how often you war and how serious you are about it. I would want to know if you have any rules regarding donations. I would want to know how active you require me to be or how powerful you expect my defenses, troops and heroes to be. Most importantly, I want to know that my leader is responsible enough to be a proper leader
