I have read it, I was just wondering how I will be able to free up my inventory of the expansion items or do I even have to ?Will I still be able to stock 5 of each item to do a run properly ?

I was just relooking over your list and I see you don't have your ice cream maker yet. Are you close to being able to buy one as it will be hard to do your TT runs since your truck orders will be asking for ice cream. With a lot of juggling you can get 5 of everything (over and above what your 1st truck board is asking for). You can stack items in front of the machine at the end when you are getting close to getting everything that you need.

Ok, so I can leave all my expansion/misc. items in there and just make 5 of everything.

I'm at 32,075. Ice cream maker is 42, 195. I don't know if you would call that close.
