So i was looking for some more opinions on wether i should upgrade or not, I have all my at's going to 10, the only things not maxed are walls and teslas, what do you guys think?

Like most everyone here, I'd stay at TH8. It's always easier to stay and max out everything before upgrading...trust me on this.
You'd be fine, but as per the norm, it's usually better to max, but if it gets boring don't strain yourself you have ten days to back out if you do upgrade.
think im gonna stay a little longer just to be sure I wont have a problem at th9
