I've never had this happen before. Tom offered discount on diamonds but they were all greyed out and I had to choose "not now" then clicked on the box again only to have no discount offered. Anyone know why? I hire Tom all the time so maybe he's tired of giving discounts. LOL
How long was he standing there after expiration before you clicked on him?
The discount has a time limit. If you caught it as it expired or shortly after, the options are not selectable.
This has been my experience.

Yes John, some of us are special like that. LOL I don't think he was there longer than 10 or 15 minutes. I just used him and was passing back by so I clicked on him to see what he wanted. Maybe because the full 2 hours wasn't up between Fetching things?
You tease you... I have literally 10 mins ago rehired with the old 10% diamond discount, and it went fine... My missus rehired him a while ago and also lost her discount - She contacted SC and they reimbursed the diamonds for her...
