Land Deeds
Is there a trick to obtaining Land Deeds ??? I hardly get any. All I seem to get are nails & boards. I have not gotten any in a couple weeks. I spend hrs on this game, spent money too & still nothing. Very frustrating. Is there one crop that will produce them better than any other crop. Please hayday help to increase the land deed drop.

Nope. The drops are all random. However I think we all find there is one item that doesn't drop enough. As well as one that drops way more often. You could try the trading thread. Or perhaps trade with your hood mates.

Yep, that's how it seems to work out. I have more bolts, screws and stakes than I could ever need and am constantly hunting for planks, panels and deeds.
And I get rather excited to see a plank, panel or deed floating up into my barn!

I'm in the same boat - deeds drop less than any other items. It's not completely random, I believe everyone gets less of something. It's been consistent for years for me and others.
The best way to address this is to find a good NH and trade. Your stakes are someone else's deeds. :)

Don't feel alone. It's that way for everybody as previous posters said. Each category of tool has a rare. My rares are bolts for barn, nails for silo and mallots for land. I have about 70 deeds and 13 mallots.

I have been doing extra spins on the WOF, and openin locked boxes, like crazy, but no scrolls... Very frustrating!

I was wanting to post this very thing this afternoon, when I realized I'd gotten 3 deeds over the weekend - where I played the town, wheated, fed pets, and got TONS of drops - even tape!! - but the elusive deeds...nowhere.
I know they'll eventually come, but geez, a girl can only use so many planks! And NAILS OMG!
Thank you for this opportunity to rant a bit!

All I get are planks, mallets and screws. It is as if the game is determined to drown me on them!!
i only manage by trading with hood members.

I only get tape, nails and mallets

Anyone here getting an excess of marker stakes? I'm usually short of those and have plenty of deeds and mallets.
