I've seen a lot worse, you'll be fine... Just keep your workers busy on wizard towers, air defense, and tesla :)
You aren't that bad :P Focus on the wiz towers and the walls for now - all wizzies to lvl 6 and walls to at least 7. Also try and get those air defences at least to lvl 5. Do teslas before archer towers because they are the highest dps building in TH8 at lvl 6. Good job in maxing those mortars and cannons.

you are much less premature than i was back when i got to th8 :D just keep farming and use juneliang's pokeball and you will max out soon enough :D a good farming army is 8 wbs and 8 giants 20 gobs and 20 barbs and a lot of archers... or just a barb/archer strategy...

My only piece if advice and its probably the best you will hear, is DON'T upgrade to Th9 ;)
Don't see why you would call yourself premature. It looks more like you're halfway through TH8 (except for walls).
I don't know if you want to max out TH8. But you don't want tesla's to be the last thing to upgrade. Those things takes ages to get to lvl6.
