Yes you can, you can also get them in your derby horseshoes, on the Wheel of Fortune and in the red mystery boxes.Quote:

Yes But the permits are obviously very rare ME and my wife have got 4 so far ! On 4 high level Farms that we play much ! one on each off the farms , But we are not in a rush , We dont understand what we are going to do when we are done expanding anyway !
