2. Use both attacks in war, always take CC troops

War is always started by our leader sneezy; war starts at 9PM EDT/EST whenever we have enough members to start a 10v10 war. Generally, when one war ends, we start the next one an hour later.

You are responsible for opting yourself in or out of war. If you can't be in war, it is your job to opt yourself OUT so that we don't include you.
