Why Coc help and support take lot time to reply the player

Seems to me that you feel entitled to get a faster response than anyone else. Why is that?

Judging by the amount of stupid complaining post we get here I'm sure it tenfold for sc.

I'm amazed that they respond as fast as they do

Work fast? Are you serious? They have thousands of these things, and yet they manage to reply at the end of the day. I'm satisfied with their service, impressed even.

Actually, I reported something on support and they answered pretty fast (within 24h, iirc). Maybe your situation was more complex or whatever.

209 staff spread over 4 games that are played worldwide by 100+ million players, I'm surprised by the 12-24 hour responses I would have expected a week or two given those numbers.
