209 spread over 4 games plus all the other areas of a buisness. That seems a awfully small number. I wonder if they just contract out support and other such things. Otherwise I dont see how they could ever possibly keep up.
There are millions of clash players.. Do you expect them to reply within seconds to every single message they get lol
I just learned yesterday that people contact support over things like accidently upgrading their walls and wanting a refund. Given that, I would say, as many already have, that support has its hands full with a lot of requests. All the time.
I think it would be fun to work with H&S. For 30 minutes. Then I think it would be exhausting
I once contacted support. It took them 48 days to reply with a "I am not sure what you are referring to or asking about"
My complaint was about the falling snow in the Christmas theme. If it took them a bit longer to answer I could have read the reply at the beach.

It was 7-15 days max I guess.
Whenever I contacted support it's always been about a genuine issue, such as facing players with inappropriate base layouts and/or inquiries about bugs. I find that I receive responses within 12/24 hours. That's fantastic in my opinion. Also, it helps if you compose your email in a readable manner and always be curteous.
For me, I receive most of the replies within 1 day!
They are human beings and they work hard for the development of this game!
