Why Coc help and support take lot time to reply the player

Coc team should work fast and reply the players help and support properly and fast

Plz solve this problem

They should work fast? SC receives thousands of such things per day. How would you feel to receive thousands of mails per day and replying to them? All I can suggest is that you be patient

Be patient my friend.

SC no doubt has hundreds if not thousands of players contacting them daily with issues. Remember there are millions playing this game.

You are not going to get an instant reply to a query. You will however get a reply.

We aren't SC to solve this problem, contact support

Support deal with an immense number of reports and every one is read by a human being (even if they then often utilise stock responses to common requests). Please be patient and they will get to you. Spamming here won't help I'm afraid it will simply lead to the forumers breaking out their Sarcastic hats.

My guess is, that the vast majority of reports should be filed under "Common Sense; the less common of the senses".

I would also guess, that people are complaining about EVERYTHING .. from not getting troops immediately when they ask for them, over not being allowed in a specific clan, to "harsh language" reports, to "my brother used my gems" or "I have been hacked" ..

All these reports have to be answered in a serious, politically correct manner ..

I do not envy their job.

/Affront

I have only contacted SC twice, and both times they responded around 24 hours later. Considering the huge number of queries they receive each and every hour, most of which I am betting is a bunch of nonsense, I was very impressed with SC's response time.

The support always answers my questions in less than 24h.

They are humans so it takes time to process all the requests. so , kindly wait
