Today my clan leader expelled a newbie in our clan, but he sign in again all time, how?
And the config of my clan is in forbidden mode, anyone can send invitations? it's a bug? i think if it is in forbidden mode nobody can invite.

You can't block anyone from joining the clan if they get invited by someone in the clan.
From what i'v read you claim he's talking about xmod in chat?
If that's the case and you have a screenshot about that discussion you need to report that to in-game support.

TheThe only way he is coming back is by invite. One of your Cos or elders are/where inviting him, invites are server side and not client side. So a use of a mod will not allow him to return since mods are client side. The way to stop this is to know who you promote... Demote your Cos and elders and it will stop.
