Ok I have been playing for years. But the new update have me confused. It says earn land expansion permits through derby mystery boxes? What are derby mystery boxes. And the new little cards on wheel of Fortune? I have gotten several but what are they for. I thought those were land expansion permits but it still shows I have none.

This latest update is very complex, and there are many threads here on the forum discussing the different aspects. I wouldn't even TRY to explain the whole thing in one post - I know I'd leave out something!! :)
