I've so never noticed the rays, I've been playing for years......Maybe I'm just hoping, there is definitely change happening though in the town......

sometimes there's one ray then other times there up to three at a time

Since everyone is seeing things...
it looks to me like they added the appearance of a little slope to the right side of the town
The yellow sign by the refueling station, the beyond the spa land and the wooden platform on that land are all new.
If there's going to be a lighthouse, maybe we get to play at being smugglers?!! Lol :)
I *think* it's wishful thinking, it looks like the sun rays to me...but I hope I'm wrong, I LOVE lighthouses! AND it means interesting new things!
