Full Hog with 2/3 Heal spell with wizards (5-6) would have a better chance than full drag.
Never underestimate the power off inferno towers.
Well u defo gonna get one star cause of the TH, walls arnt that high so with a lot of giants and wall breakers i think u could maybe get 2/3 stars

I can't remember how good lvl4 balloons are? So of they're okay here's how I would do it assuming you had 200 troop space:
Train six drags, eighteen balloons, two rage and a lightning. Using your barb king destroy the top right archer tower outside the walls and using CC destroy the cannon close to it also outside the walls. After both are destroyed deploy six balloons targeted at the right inferno tower. Once that archer tower is destroyed it should be pretty easy to target the inferno tower. Deploy the rest of your balloons close to that top left AD but on the side closer to the cannon. Drop a rage so that as much of the defenses in the compartment next to the TH are covered after the AD is destroyed. If needed use a second rage to hopefully take out the inferno tower right there and the air xbow. After that send out your drags along the top right. With (hopefully) nothing to hurt them they'll be able to get the DE and most of the gold I would hope. Save the lightning in case the CC troops get activated somehow. If they don't have CC troops maybe a heal spell? Use it where you think is best. Or another rage to help those first balloons get that right inferno tower.
Alternatively you can do three lightning and mass drags if lvl4 balloons are terrible. I would triple lightning the top left AD and then deploy enough drags to take down the right inferno tower then just let them do their thing.
His IT's would make mince meat of your dragons.
Unfortunately no.
Inferno + xbow pointing to air, you are going to have a bad time. Would be lucky to get to 50%.
I would focus on getting the D.E.
