On the TH9 = HPHB should do a number on it. Put one baby up top on the lab and a 2nd on the Barrack on the end. You can come in from either side as the base is symetrical.
Then send 3 pekkas at the archer tower in the middle with 3 healers on them and 5 wiz fanned behind for a strong funnel. Immediately support with BK, AQ and CC bowlers. Rage these through the first layer of wall pulling the healers in behind. repeat with 2nd rage in core. Double poison CC when it comes out.
Run hogs along one side of your kill squad to take out defense, using 2 heals as needed use last 2 wiz for clean up if needed.
On the Th10 - GoLaLoon
Drop a jump on mortar by the AQ. Fan 8 wiz behind 2 golems to clear trash and create funnel send BK and AQ in with the 2 golems.
Work a laloon counter clockwise from the top easily reachable AD
Hmm, HPHB tends to favor large compartments, especially at the beginning. Here, the compartment at 12 looks like that's where the pekkas will want to go if you start the run from ~10:00 (CC the mid-point). But the pekkas might easily want to exit at/around that pesky AT at ~2:00. A jump should certainly help, but, at some point that AT needs to be dealt with.
I'd prefer coming straight into the compartment, with a baby over each AT. That feels a little "meh" to me though, so I'd look to get creative with that funnel (eg. Bk/wiz for one side, 2 baby over other AT?, valk/wiz combo instead of babies?, etc.), as if those AT's go down and the pekkas are able to enter that compartment at ~12, that looks really looks good and the KS should go where you want it to.
I would likely go 2 rage, jump, 1 heal. If the KS goes straight, especially pekka/bowler, with 2 rage, the base is basically done & I struggle to see why they wouldn't.
The start is key, so I wouldn't mind spending a hero/more troops/whatever to get the KS going straight.

I'd follow Lunatic's entry on the HPHB. I hadn't considered going in that way but agree it would be a strong entry of you set the funnel right.
I also considered Queen Pop but it's a difficult lure IMO and the CC is often the biggest detriment to a queen pop triple.
