Th9 3* specialist, I really need your advice on 3*ing this base.

My troops lv:
Valks, wiz, lava , loons , wbs, golem, hogs are maxed.
Drag, baby , witches peeka etc are not upgraded.
Bk is under upgrade
AQ lv20 active.
Enemy cc: include 3 loons, witch, archer, and minion.
Please guide me what spells and what troops i need to 3* that base and what side should i attack it?
Come from 9'o clock with laloon. 3 rage and 3 haste.
4×hound + 1 cc
20 balloons
Lure or not lure your call. I won't lure.
Use 3 haste first to get to centre and use rage where hound explodes.
I'm no specialist but it seems a decently easy gobolalo from around 7 and jump TH for second AD. Or goboho from 3 and maybe no need for a jump
