Yes, I wish that would change. I wish you could see further back, and I also wish you could review more of the rep points that you gave out as well. I just like to have as much data at my fingertips as I can

Isn't that exactly how FRS is supposed to work? Entirely subjective.
You may think the overall decline in reputation was undeserved and that's fine, but fellow formers decided that the posts were poor or lacking or whatever.
Now that person can opt to stop posting in that same manner or continue as is and take the lumps that come with it.
Really if there was some substance to the posts there'd likely be more points being earned and less deducted, or perhaps add some cat memes as those seem to garner reps too (but I suppose that's somehow ok while criticism is not :p).
Does anyone else feel that the forum has fallen into more toxicity and rubbish posting since this change? I didn't use negative rep particularly much, but I did use it (particularly for serial bad quality posters), and now it feels there is no way to register a feedback view with a hope to change things for the better.
I think it is only natural to expect more bad posts without the downvote and less bad posts with the downvote. The only question I guess is whether there is enough of a difference to be worth the "negative" of having downvotes. During the first 30 day trial, I saw very little evidence of any "negative" from downvotes. I saw a lot of people predicting problems, but no actual significant problems (note, I don't think the occasional undeserved downvote is a significant problem, especially when there are many undeserved upvotes to make up for them anyway).
Are we voting for individuals dependant on the value of their replies.
What about value and qaulity of an actual thread.
I guess we can always subscribe to something we like.
It would be good to add a star so it's visible for others whom maybe looking for answers regarding that particular topic.
Or a flag/tag for ease of locating things you have flagged.
Maybe it's just me not finding some things not too user-friendly on here.
I don't really care for the reputation system. I personally would rather give a reply or thread a thumbs up than have it traced back to the individual.
If you search for something. Do top results pop up according to most viewed. Most liked. Or most recent?
I think it should be most liked , therefore most relevant.
Not necessarily indicates the person who commented as I don't believe that is particularly important.
Maybe I am a tad old fashion and don't really care about my reputation as long as I believe I am doing right by others and making this place an enjoyable place for others to come too.

What do you feel about those people who complain about being downvoted?
I don't even see a point in the system at all without downvotes. We already have one post count, and this would just become another IMO.
Will try it on someone whom has given false information
So you will be testing it on the people who are occupying the white house? 😅
