That's the two year statue -- it arrives automatically when you've been playing Hay Day for two years!
If you think you've been playing for two years, then make sure to pick up all your presents next to the house -- if you've had one sitting there for ages, there might be a pile!
Also, check your inventory. It might be sitting there and you didn't realize that you collected it.
I got all excited then and thought a package might be hidden behind the trees near the house. Sadly not. Gutted that a level 16 got a statue and I didn't. Ah, first world problems eh. Ticked off because I didn't get a virtual pixel statue. Boo hooQuote:

The pile of presents you are probably thinking of is a deco that comes at Christmas. Those can't be open.
Yep, sorry. By "pile of presents" I meant one on top of the other. Alfred can't bring a new present until the old one id picked up. Someone once posted about having a LOT to open because he used the package as a deco....

You will get the statue once you've been playing for 2 years! Perhaps this player isn't a bot, but someone who started the game once, quit for two years or more, and just got back into it.
That is rather annoying. An account that has barely played the game gets some form of 'loyalty' statue?
While those of us who have been playing actively for over a year, are substantially more advanced in our farms than the one above and still have over 6 months to wait. That's odd isn't it?
A loyalty statue based on hours played would be a smarter decision than based on when you first installed.
The level 100 golden willow tree could be considered a "loyalty statue based on hours of play". I like it that SC offers incentives for both types of loyalty. The annual birthday deco falls into both categories; you had to have a farm when it was offered and you had to participate in the event. I didn't have a farm until year 3.Quote:
