Stop hoppers that kick ppl

You know how ppl join a clan and then gets promoted to elder and then kicks everyone out of the clan? Well i have an idea to stop them from doing that(i dont know if anyone took the idea already but here it goes). When a person gets promoted to elder, and later on wants to kick or promote, that person has to enter a password that gives them acess for kicking or promoteing forever in that clan(until he or she leaves and joins again and becomes member)

The password should be made by the leader and can be changed anytime by the leader. The password wont be displayed anywhere. It will be told to a person that got promoted if that person is trusted. So if that person enters the password right then it gives access to that person for kicking or promoteing forever in that clan.

If that person enters the wrong password then that person cant kick or promote until he or she enters the right password.
The password should be made up with letters and some numbers between 1-10 characters.

If you dont like the password idea then i have a different idea similar to the password idea.

Here it goes: when someone gets promoted to elder, that elder cant kick or promote until the leader press a button on their name that allows them to kick or promote and member forever until the leader demotes or presses the button again that cancels their permission to kick or promote.

Not really, i think elders can still kick some what a little bit alot of ppl before the cool down thing works

In the new update an elder can kick one person each 30minutes. So this doesnt make a lot off sense.

Oh ok i just dont like the elder cool down idea, because in my clan some ppl donate 0 then elders have to kick them out for new active players to join. Also what happens if this one guy joins and then gets kicked and then joins and gets kick and join and get kicked etc and the leader isnt on to change it to invite only and a couple of elders are on and they are all on cool down??? Lol this kinda happened before in my clan before the cool down update was made

No the update didn't fix it. I just had an elder kick everyone out of my clan who wasn't elder. This has happened to me like 5 times now. What's the point to get ppl to join your clan to have some stupid person kick everyone out.

I think this idea is to have some "first class elder" over " economy class elder". This could be accomplished by simply add another title between elder and leader, say "co-leader", who will have no cool down in kicking people. of course, co-leader must be given only to those trusted..

These are just people who take joy in making everyone else angry.

Suggestion number 1: Don't give elder away so easily and if someone joins your clan and asks for elder right away just kick him out. Even if he is the highest level person you've ever seen and donates the best troops to everyone right away. It's obvious he has an alternative motive.

Suggestion number 2: Give everyone elder to no one can be kicked. This is obviously not what elder is for but it does allow protection for all your members as long as your leader doesn't go inactive.

But still one time when i made a clan and it had like 40 ppl and called Limit Break, this one person that i really trusted and then promoted him to elder then a month later that person promoted another person to elder for no reason and that person kicked every member out of the clan. Then i left. So ya i think its a good idea for the leader to press a button for allowing that elder to kick or promote, because once the leader done that it means the leader gave permission to kick or promote.

Because sometimes elder just promotes members without leader permission and then most ppl gets kicked by the new member
