When you allow us change clan name SC?

The time when you could just create new clan with disired name and move al members over there is over long ago SC.

You allowed us change ours village name once..... but why you restrict us with clan names?

Moving to new clan ( from lvl 10 to lvl 1 ) is simply no option anymore.

Not al clans are created by current leaders .... some of them were taking over the time by others.

Some clans evolve and find that the old name does not fit anymore with the clan path.

Your support is also not willing to help in this matter so that why my question to SC is why you restrict us with this?

You made clan switching more difficult because of clan leveling and yet... we can change the name of it..... at least ONCE!

and how was your environment from lvl 1 to lvl 10 journey ?

When was it "ruled out"? Just b/c they're not allowing us to do it now doesn't mean that they won't ever. Oh, and if you have an offensive clan name that gets reported, they can change it for you, though you won't get to choose the new name.

There is no rule that ruled out can't be overruled!

Coc is evolved.... and still evolving. Such rule is no longer fit the current disign!

Since the clans now has perks linked to levels this prehistoric " rule" must go.

There is nothing wrong if clans could change they names atleast once.

Also being able to change clan name once would be nice.

Don't name your clan something stupid like "we suck", and you wouldn't have this problem in the first place

i have never created clan... I took it over... managed to bring were it is now. Have been also in multiple clans wich ones were taking over from older leaders en wich also evolved from casual to hard clan wars clans.

Since it's currently ruled out, your only options are, deal with the name, or start a new clan with the name you want. Maybe one day the option to change clan name will be available, but it is what it is.

My little brother changed my clan name to 'We Suck', how can I change it back? Why won't Supercell allow us a second clan name change? One of my co-leaders changed our clan name to something offensive and we all got a temp ban! This isn't fair!

It would be a good thing for sure. Requested long ago maybe before name change was added. It would be nice addition with such a "massive" update incoming

I'm not so sure it is still "ruled out". I've checked the list which by the way was last edited a week ago by smolsen, and I don't see it. But then again I may have missed it. It is definitely a dynamic document that constantly changes...

I did did not even bother to write on this forum by the time the clans has nothing to do with levels and perks.
Yes... in the past we could easily create new clan with diferent name and move the whole horde of players in the new one.

but supercell wanted us to stay in clans and work towards rewards.... what bring now to exact problem.... that if you gained lvl10 with your clan you not goin to give up that so easy.

as I said.... it the past ... yes , all fine we could just swap the clans.... but it's changed. Ppl are not willing anymore be in low lvl clans.

so this option for some clans become are more and more willing.

i'm here to bring the attention to Supercell and not expecting some useless advices, but tnx anyway

First.... only the leaders are allowed to change clan name.... and second. It's entirely your problem that your little brother has acces to your device and your coc account.

Funny you say that. My clan contacted Supercell and got it changed with absolutly no hassle.

Good sugestion ... but voting can bring more unneeded coding.

Simple solution could be:

one time change beginning by the lvl5 clan and above.

but if SC wants they can even make some bucks out of it.

Second or third time they could even charge gems for it. Like 500 or 1000 gems, but atleast we could have a option for that.

Don't give SC ideas to live up to the "money grubbing" epithet that some seem happy to throw around.

If you can get a clan to level 10 under a name then the name is not an issue.

If clans are allowed to change name, the sale of a clan on eBay will become easier .. and I don't think SuperCell is interested in that.

wont change much. They are on sale just like accounts now.... name change hardly would worse the problem

I think SC learned their lesson when they offered the first village name change. I wonder how much of their time was spent dealing wih that? Remember all the threads about my brother's friend sister who changed my village name? It would be worse with Clan Name changes. I seriously hope it is never done. You would now have whole clans asking for a second change from support.

Starting from lvl 5.

Well they could even make it from lvl 10 to stratify all this scared clashers who so cares about the nightmare it will bring to supercell staff.

People suggest it for IGNs, now you're suggesting it for clan names.

Yes, the game has to be paid for. Disproportionately targeting the younger and more vulnerable (for whatever reason) customers to do so is exploitation, not business.

i,m parent my self... and yes my child also play this game.
This is responsibility of parents to monitor and maintain expedures of they children. Don't try to make Supercell of babysitters if they parents can't of won't look after they own children. Can't speak about you or other... by my kid do not spend gems like mad in this game simply because it's managed by his parents.... and that's how it suppose to be.
If some stupid enough to link they credit card to children's mobile devices then this is the parents and only the parents fault if it goes wrong. No Supercell or other company can do and won't do something about it.

this game is played by both... yong and adult so statifaction must come for all.

Just because you say it is "noncence" (sic) doesn't make it so.

Freemium games have been the subject of government investigations in several countries, based upon some companies doing exactly what i outlined above - preying upon the young and stupid. SC are a comparitive paragon in the field and any move by them in the direction you desire would not be a good one.
