Good concept and planning. When we see clan wars in the future, I believe it will look something likes this. The only thing that i don't fully agree with are the losing teams penalties. Other than that, great work.

Generally the biggest problems with clan wars is the abuse and exploit, here is one:

Since matchmaking is not random, clans can easily war their sister clan or family clans to get rewards multiple times. As for the penalty for losing, not much of a penalty, losing 20 cups and 50k gold is nothing. Not being able to war after 3 loses? Just disband and recreate clan, same name same members, fresh start.

When a clan is in a war, can its members carry out normal raids? What about normal shields? Can they get attacked via clan wars if they are under the normal shield?

Consider this scenario, two higly competitive clans are in war, all members stay online for 8 hrs straight, so thr opponent will be staring at a clan list with no attack option for 8 hours?

Also I think that you idea of clans trophy is good since it separate from your personal trophy, that only the losing clan lose it clan trophy amount rather it being base on members amount combine.

let me explain cause I just confused myself LOL.

Two separate trophy system one is already here member trophy combine to bring clan to the top.

The other will be clan trophy completely different. all clan start at zero and to earn some is by winning clan wars.
This way people can see who is the strongest base on strategy and strength of the clan rather than the strength of there base.

If we go this way there can also be a leaderboard for clan war trophy won in a month each. This way no one can attack the currently top clan.
Every month the leaderboard will reset, (not the clan trophies those can be decrease by losing a clan war only) so that we can see if the same clan can achieve the top again or if other clan can.

To not be mean in suggestion clan will lose trophy if loss they will also lose the amount of resource you already mentioned in your idea.

Ur Idea looks nice, Ill make sure to add it later. Seems reasonable.

I have combated this abuse you speak of in a ton of ways. First to briefly answer your questions, would ur clan in the sky family honostly switch 40 members every 3 weeks just to keep loosing, plus I dont think anyone will wait a week just to get 500k loot from wins. Think bout it, not very beneficial.

yes they may carry out normal raids, and have normal shields, the 8 hour shield is only in war, and they can get attacked via clan wars under normal shield, but they wouldnt loose any loot as mentioned, and if their base doesnt hold up the other team gets stars for winning.

I may add to keep the sister clans from trying to benefit, make that at least 50 or 100 stars must be reached for the war to be not disbanded by the end.

and if someone is online for 8 hours, supercell will force em to log off "take a break". or supercell can make it so the "take a break" happens in less time.
