How to become a better attacker ?

Is HGHB viable without bowlers ? Since we don't have a th10 in the clan.

Sorta yes. Less effective but the main part being hogs it works well. Try hgpb instead

I'm not sure there was ever a point where GoVa was a 3* strategy, especially when people used 4 EQ at the start. Our experience has been that this war is pretty much an auto-win.

First recommendation is to immediately stop leveling your heroes, including your AQ, and focus on leveling war troops. Only level heroes if you do not project to interrupt lab time.

At a glance, I'd likely focus on hounds first (L2 is a nice upgrade over L1), as your air attacks would immediately get a boost. Leveling haste to L2 is a big upgrade, so that's a solid option as well.

I would also get light to L6, as this starts to open up taking out ADs, as well as touching defenses. It doesn't sound like you can get L4 EQ in the CC, but L3 can likely still help out significantly, so that's an upgrade option as well. L5 light requires good accuracy to drop an L7 AD.

Not having access to bowlers is tough, as many of the best strategies at TH9 use them in the CC. Without those, I'd certainly focus on golems and getting those to L4 and valks to L4 is very solid. GoVaHo/GoVaLo are legitimate 3* strategies that don't have to use bowlers.

Not very. Wiz are way to squishy and nothing beats the 2nd bounce damage. I can't tell you how many times some far-away defense/structure got crushed due to bowlers, especially raged bowlers

GiHeHo isn't a terrible option and remains a legitimate 3* strategy, but I'd also say it's nowhere near as effective either. But, I'd go to war with GiHeHo if I didn't have bowlers. As a matter of fact, HGHB is really nothing more than a version of GiHeHo, except with bowlers in the CC

My lightning will be lvl6 after 2days :) then I'm doing hounds then golem to 4.
