Another solution to elder mass kicking
As you know with this new update, SC implemented a new cool down for elders (30 min. I believe). I imagine this was to help with the mass elder kicking problem that some clans have been experiencing, however I'm finding a few problems with this:
1) There are times when an elder may need to kick multiple members in a short amount of time (though hopefully rare), as such this system weakens the elder system as a whole
2). Elders can't kick other elders, meaning if the leader is absent the only thing other elders can do to stop a mass kicker is elevate every clan member to elder, and wait till the leader comes to fix the issue (a potientially daunting task). Add to the fact that because of the cool down, mk's may seem less conspicuous, and boot a few people before people notice.
My suggestion is as follows:
Instead of a cool down for elders, make it so when elders kick a member, they can leave a message as to why. Regardless of giving a reason or not, every time a member is kicked, the clan leader gets an inbox message showing the kicked member, the elder who kicked him, and the reason given (if any). From the message the leader could either re-invite the kicked member(s) (and sanction the elder accordingly) or for serious offenses blacklist the player, preventing him from rejoining till removed from said list. The blacklist feature would be a leader only feature, and as such usable on any out of line member.
