Can someone educate me? Is it possible to have 6 lightning spells and 1 haste spell brought into clan war?

I recently encountered this. A TH 11 ranked #20 in the clan war attack our ranked #3 TH9 with Dragons and 6 lightning spells. How is this possible?

He 3 starred our clan mate's base just like that! :mad:

Th11s can take 2 spell spot in cc.

In the previous update, they added an clan castle upgrade for Th11s, which allows them to have 2 spell capacity (1 normal or 2 dark spells).

It is definitely possible. And fair too. The maxed spell factory can hold 5 spells and 1 dark spell. 1 more normal spell can be bought in cc.
