Is it fair to ban a player by FWA or OL?

One Week ago I reported a website that tracks the CoC players activity (http://www.kuilin.net/cc/) and also raised an issue of getting loot and war stars unfairly by FWA and OL registered clans. I also contacted help and support on this matter and they ensured me that some sort of investigation team already working on it.

Now I also discovered that they ban and unban the player from joining 10,000 plus clan. However, Supercell ban someone it is acceptable but Why a 3rd party exercising it.

I know some of you are part of these clan. I just want to highlight this issue and Supercell consideration for an action if it is against the rule to ban a player who is not banned according to Supercell Rules

As a clan has the right to ban certain player from joining it. An association of clans have the right to also ban a clan or a player to join their association. Is that what you are asking for?

Supercell can't really force a clan or group of clans to accept you if they don't want to. This group is bigger and more organised than most, but it's still up to them who they accept.

If I'm reading this correctly then absolutely they can ban or remove bans on people regarding their own clans. It doesn't effect a players ability to play or join another non-affiliated clan. Think of clans as private members clubs...The committee decide who can be a member and who can't. It's a similar principal.

There is currently no rule against War Farming in the Terms of Service and as such, War Farming is completely allowed. War stars and loot gained from participating in their "activities" is thereby obtained under fair circumstances. Calling it unfair is therefore your own perception of reality and there is probably a good reason for that perception (my guess is, that you broke FWA or OL's rules and got banned)

Now, both FWA and OL are highly organized outside the control of SuperCell and as long as they do nothing that breaks the ToS, SuperCell isn't going to do anything about these Alliances/Leagues.

FWA and OL are "just" creating an environment for their member clans that goes a bit beyond what normal Clan Families do. I assure you, that if you are kicked out of a highly competitive Clan War Family, you will be unable to join any other clan in their family. They WILL put your player ID into a spreadsheet and the spreadsheet WILL be checked whenever new members are accepted to clan in the family. Any clan worth its salt will keep a list of fools that are destructive and deliberately work against the common good of the clan ..

FWA and OL just takes damage control to the level were 10K+ clans can avoid destructive fools.

SuperCell DOES provide the API that makes sites like kuilin.net and clashofstats.com possible.

So, if you join a FWA or OL clan, you better follow their rules just like you have to follow the rules in any other clan or family of clans..

I don't know but one thing is confirm. Supercell is aware of these websites and their investigation team is working on it. In the reply, SS team asked to mention further more websites. This is why I mentioned websites on forum. I personally dont like idea to get free loot and free war stars because hardcore war lovers. sacrificed alot due to heroes upgrade. and in my personal opinion it is unfair to get free loot and free stars. Game and war are not designed this way. so it should be played on Super Cell rules.

Wait,,, you got banned from a clan for not following the rules,,, then came to the forums and decided to whine about it.

Cant imagine why they didnt want you in the clan.....

That's just it .. FWA and OL are following the rules that SuperCell have chalked down.

What YOU think SuperCell should do and not do is another matter entirely.
They run a game grossing multi million dollars a day, you play that game.

In short, your opinion really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things ..
The statistic analysis of player behaviour that SuperCell is running to support them in their decisions about the future of the game .. THAT matters.

As I stated above, websites like kuilin.net and clashofstats.com get most of their data from APIs provided by SuperCell.

Why would SuperCell even consider preventing 10K+ clans from playing the game? Do you think that these clans don't represent a good chunk of revenue?

Fot the sake of discussion. revenue was also coming from thousand of players who are using bots or mods. but supercell took the action. Anyway. i conclude here. i think majority dont like my opinion here. Mod please close it.
