Please Remove the Elder Kick Cooldown

I like it. Have had trolls just coming in to start trouble and leader was not on. They were back in faster than we could kick them out.

Now is 20 minutes ( cooldown )

We rely on elders to maintain the clan as well. Our leader only appoints elders that are trusted to protect against clan assassins. I think it should be the leaders discretion to make the decision for cool down for elders or not. Another option would be a cool down period for people who get kicked. We have problems with people getting kicked for being rude and they keep rejoining to make more rude comments. The cool down period actually protects those jerks and the elders cant stop it :(

I know in our clan being an elder is something respectable. Anyone asking to become an elder gets you kicked in my clan. As well as the people that the elect to become elder has been in the clan for a long period of time. like almost a year.
