We need engineered bases to have more war weight. War weight based off of offensive power instead of just defenses. Yes of course you can 3 star an engineered base easily but when a th11 with one cannon is matched up with the bottom base in war and hammers the top bases makes war unfair and very disheartening. It makes war not much fun and needs to be balanced out.

CoC is strategic game, that means that you should choose your way of playing, they chose the one that is good for wars so it shouldn't be banned.
Extreme lopsided bases ruin the game for beginners. They need some balancing to discourage, but not to ban.

He is suggesting weighting offense more in line with how defense is weighted. I happen to agree but others do not. The debate has been waged a few times now. I am not sure what good it does for us all to have at it on yet another thread. We have all spoken our peice and should just leave it that we agree to disagree. I suggest you focus on researching troops/spells, upgrading heroes, camps, barracks, traps, and other no or low weight items. Most importantly, work on offensive attacks. Supercell gave us the awesome challenge mode and I dont think enough people use it as a way to improve offensive attacks. Good Luck!
yes, that is why the op was a bit irritating to me. he could have simply added his argument to an already existing thread if he is not having a new suggestion or idea. It's unfair. I think an easy way would be taking into account how many th 11, th 10 are there in a clan, and then match them with a clan with the same amount of THs 11, 10, etc. Then arrange the THs of the same level according to their weight, so a low defense th 11, no matter how strong offensively it can be, would have to mirror another th 11 with good defense level. engineered bases would be spoiled and useless.
