Help and tips on achieving your masteries.
As promised on another thread, here is a few HELP NOTES - Not that complicated at all... Firstly, MOST of my machines were maxed up to full slot wise, as soon as I was able, apart from the jam maker, the jewellery kiosk, and the smelters... These machines have such long production times it's not worth it at all, so five slots in each of these is sufficient. Get five smelters as soon as you can also...
Whilst you are playing, keep producing all your short term items to keep fully stocked, and when you stop playing (even for an hour or two...??? lol.) then start producing your longer term stuff. Most people tend to do this overnight anyway, which is common sense. Just try to keep everything as busy as you can, for as long as you can...
Any time you can have Tom, use him, because he is one of your biggest assets in the game - me and the missus are both fortunate enough to have had him on a continual basis since day 1, but I am aware that there are a lot who can't... Even one day would be a big help if you can...?? When I was doing the jewellery kiosk mastery for eg, I kept sending him for alternate gold and silver bars, because those smelters take forever... lol. Then just keep making necklaces (never the rings, because they require a diamond each)
It may not seem necessary, but get all your pets as soon as you can. The reason being that you get loads of goodies when you feed and call them, and these include your shovels, dynamite, and TNT for your mine... (You do get diamonds regularly when mining, which in turn, could help you get Tom for a day...) Very hard to get them all now, due to the scarcity of gold vouchers, but I obtained all the pets before the fishing update.
Some of the machines DO take a long, long time, but they are all achievable with patience, plus a lot of playing time...!! Earlier level players should be able to get a lot of hours racked up on two or three machines at once, provided the slots can be maxed up to full...
Hope this helps a little bit, and if anyone has any questions on individual machines, I will try and answer as best I can.
John.
