I did this yesterday, i helped 3 players redesign their base from scratch together

I dont talk until i find someone that is nice and would make a good fit in the clan

Anyone can join, Anyone who meets the requirement of 1000 can join, unless they are causing a problem, there is no reason they can't stay.

Tell them to try to donate more, if they continue not to donate, kick them

Wouldnt happen, only the most loyal are allowed to be elder

I go to school, but i check in briefly before and after school

I let them do what they want, im not against people farming sub 200 for a while as long as they tell me before hand and if they want to trophy push, good for them.

Tell them "no". If continues kick(If he/she leaves well their loss)

Give the elder advice for maybe 15-1 hour/give a link to good base and stay until he replies and if elder doesn't like it well I give more help.

Invite only because hoppers and cursing members that r kicked can join back and ppl who don't meet requirements can join also.

Warn them and if they have not donated at least 50 by the next day they get kicked.

Well I will have my elders and work on rebuilding the clan.(This will never happen cuz my elders r to loyal)

Anyone can join so i get my clan full and then change to invite only to get better players

if we are not on hunting season i would them do whatever they want, maybe also tell them to farm/hunt at the same time but it is up to everyone what they do during "non-trophy" season

Point them to our clan forum where they will find out how elder is earned...if and when we need more elders. If they argue or give any backlash, kick.

Give him some guidance, check if there are other elders online to help, point in the direction of resources like cocbuilder. Also direct him to look at bases of other clan members who are at same town hall level. If I can stay to help, I will. Otherwise, let him work on it and check back later.

Don't use Global Chat for recruiting.

Invite only. We recruit from our forum.

Check to see if they are on vacation list. If they aren't, they have a grace period of one league period before being kicked.

With new cool down, will not happen. If an elder is acting out of character, their device could have been stole. Demote from elder to figure out what's going on.

I may be not a leader, but being leade is pretty much the same as being Elder in my clan so yeah:

It's not like I'm the only one who has knowledge about basebuilds, or I would just give him some names to copy, (pingfao, junliang, myself are great options)

We have several talkative people in our clan which can handle stuf like this better than me or my leader.

Invite only, one major rule we have is to have atleast level 5 Archers. Lately we even only pick random people if they have either a good TH8 base or TH9/Level 6 Archers.

Kick them all, minimum is 300 per week.

Cannot happen, but I hope they can memorize the name of the clan they have been part off.

As a free clan the members can do whatever they want to do, but they should contact at least one reliable person before they try out stuff like sub200. If we want to hunt for trophies as a clan this will be announced early enough so people can manage their stuff.


Edit: I'm not actually Elder in my clan, that's because I didn't wanted the title right now due to school and I wanted to wait for TH9 (which will be done today).
