I have seen many players creating a stupid clan which don't work out i have too faced these kind of situations so i have made this test if u pass according to me ur a good leader.pls scroll down

Not giving elders so easly..look at the player quality for a month

Invite only, dont feel like weeding out too many players unfit for my clan.

Give a warning. If by the end of the season still no/low donations, feel my boot.

Would never happen on my watch. If it does then Ill contact all the members (I would get everyone to add me on gc) to come back.

I would like my clan to be an all farming clan, wouldn't mind some people trophy pushing from time to time, just not all the time.

Ask all of them to go for the builder hut achievement. That's the most important. (Nice trick question)

3. just broadcast that serious players need only apply.

6. ask them to up their donations. 3 strike policy
7. kick that someone and invite the ones that were kicked back and tell them that the kicker was a moron

Activity is key! Not just donations but also helpfullness, communication and teamspirit.

Depends. If I just started the clan and he is the only person who has joined, then yeah I see no reason why not. But if he came in after my clan is relatively well established, then no.

Suggest he look at the massive thread in these forums for some bases. If he wants to go farming at TH8 I'd just tell him to use the Pokeball.

Invite only, because I want to know who is joining first before we let them in.

Tell them to start donating or they will be kicked. If they don't donate after another 3 days, I'll kick them.

Well now after the new update, no elder can spam kick everyone from the clan....
