Help them as much as you can and point them in the right direction. Also tell them to use the internet.

Start a conversation with the person.

Invite only because then you can only accept those that meet your criteria. It also makes you look more professional.;)

Kick or wait. Depends on what kind of member they are.

Try to get them back. Kick the elder. Report the elder to Supercell. Rebuild Clan.

School. Somewhat, AP and honors classes take up a lot of time.

why would u give a good player an Elder u dont even Know Him.Is he Even Loyal.Or He might just kick out ur Players Be Warned.
U gotta Help someone dude Cause U might never Know that he will stay in Ur clan Till hes lvl 100 and in The champion League

If with valid reason and prior notice, no worries. If not, wait for a decent period or when the person is online.
Relegate to 2nd clan if needed.
